concussion
I have had a concussion about more than 10 years ago, while I was during my post-graduate study.
That was when I grabbed a rebound while playing basketball with a few of my classmates, I have been hit on my ribs by one of them, of course unintentively. With that, I fall down with my back head landing on the concrete ground first. I thought I might have been fanit for a few seconds. It was a so short period that nobody noticed that. The one hit me rushed to me to make srue if I was ok. Nothing serious, I felt, just a little dizzy, and pain, both on the head and on the ribs.
Till after left, I found I had got a swelling on my head and as a new experience, I lost my memories about things happenned within a few days earlier. Fortunetly, my memories came back after couple of days. But the tensive ache on my ribs have lasted for almost a month. I went to a hospital and the doctor said it was not a broken bones. So, during the next month, I could just have some painkillers and wait the pains fading away as they would. Most difficult time was the night. Almost every rolling would cause an intense pain. So I often could not sleep well.
After that, I also experienced a broken bones. Maybe I'll tell it later. Today just for the concussion. Why I remember this that happenned so long ago is because I learned a lesson which topic is about sports injury.
Ok, that is it.
